In cases that are clearly listed in the text, we collect and analyze user personal information, so it is very important that users read this text in full before playing any of Love Story Games.
Information we collect
If a user starts and uses the app without their Gmail account, we only use the Advertising Identifier and we do not collect or process any personal data and sensitive user information.
Only if a user chooses to use the app with logging into his/her Gmail account, do we collect their e-mail address, his/her name and last name. You can read in the text below what purposes these data are collected for, how they are stored, whether they are transferred to any third party and what rights users are entitled to regarding the collection of their data.
Our application is using the Advertising Identifier and this ID is used only for advertising. The advertising identifier is not connected to personally-identifiable information and it is not associated with any persistent device identifier without explicit consent of the user.
For users who choose not to log into Gmail:
We do not collect, handle or transmit personal or sensitive user data (including personally identifiable information, financial and payment information, authentication information, phone book or contact data, microphone and camera sensor data, and sensitive device data).
Users do not provide any of personal or sensitive information by using our application. So, a user can safely use our app and be sure that by using it she or he cannot be identified and her or his identity cannot be violated, nor can her or his personal, financial and payment information.
For users who choose to log into their Gmail account:
If a user decides to log into Gmail and improve his/her playing experience, we collect his/her name, last name and e-mail address. We do not ask for, collect or store any other type of data.
The purpose of collecting such data is creating a User ID, that is, creating a user account for a specific app. This way, a user can have access to the app from different devices without losing their progress. Apart from that, users who choose to log into their e-mail accounts get rewards such as coins or similar items. Also, users can buy virtual goods only when they are logged in. Therefore, as users can gain this type of privilege, the purpose of collecting and analyzing these data is the upgraded user experience. At any time, users can choose to opt out from using their Gmail account in the Settings menu – Gmail Log out.
User e-mail addresses, names and the last names are stored on our server and they are used only for the above-mentioned purposes.
The data that are stored on the server are not shared with third party.
Users have the right to submit a request for the deletion of their data, by which process they lose their User Ids and their accounts, as well as the option to use the app on different devices.
Owner of this application is only processing anonymous information for statistical purposes (number of downloads).
Information that Users might actively give to us
Users don't have to share personal data with us, but if Users contact us on their own will, they will share their email addresses. We will use this information only for the purpose of answering their request. We will not store this information on our servers or transmit it. We do not process any user personal data.
Users of our apps have the option of buying virtual items inside apps. The purchase of virtual items in the app can be realized only by logging into a Gmail account and therefore, everything that was stated about personal data in the previous section applies to users who decide to make a purchase within the app.
The purchase is handled by Google Play In-App Services, and, Webelinx Love Story, again, does not have access to any other data than user e-mail address, name and last name.
Webelinx may license to you certain virtual goods to be used within the Service and which you may purchase with real world money or which you may earn or redeem via gameplay (Virtual Items). Virtual Items are licensed to you on a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable basis and are intended solely for non-commercial use.
Webelinx may manage, control, modify or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice.
The transfer of Virtual Items is prohibited except where expressly authorized in the Services, as applicable.
Virtual Items do not have an equivalent value in real world money and are not a substitute for real world money. Neither Webelinx nor any other person or entity has any obligation to exchange Virtual Items for anything of value. Webelinx is not liable for hacking or loss of your Virtual Items.
Price and availability of Virtual Items are subject to change without notice.
The information about subscription price and how you can subscribe can be found in the ticket shop within the app. The subscription lasts one week, and during that week you get an unlimited number of tickets for reading the stories for free. The subscription option will also appear when you run out of tickets and try to open a story that requires 1 ticket for reading. The subscription is automatically renewed after one week. With this subscription, you accept that the service content will immediately become available to you and that, if you cancel your subscription, it will be canceled at the end of the week you have subscribed for. If you do not want to continue the subscription, you can cancel it at any time. Our Android users have that option in their Google Play app, within their subscription settings. Our iOS users can cancel the subscription in the App Store, within their subscription settings.
By law, all purchases and redemptions of Virtual Items made through the Services are final and non-refundable. You acknowledge and consent that the provision of Virtual Items for use in the Services is a process that commences immediately upon purchase and that you forfeit your right of cancelation once the process has commenced.
If you ask for your personal data to be deleted as described in Webelinx’s Privacy Notice, you will permanently forfeit all of your Virtual Items without the right to refund, as Webelinx will no longer be able to associate such Virtual Items with you.
