Grant of License

Subject to these terms and conditions and your compliance with them, Webelinx grants you a non-exclusive, revocable right to store and use Webelinx Love Story Game Applications for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Platform Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

Webelinx Love Story games are the copyrighted work of Webelinx company and are therefore protected against unauthorized use and every misuse by users and third parties by both national regulations and international copyright laws protecting copyrights contained in Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works (1886), Universal Copyright Convention (UCC), WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT), and also important WTO’s Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS).

Copyright Infringement

Love Story is a registered trademark of Webelinx company, and the names of these games are protected by the regulations protecting a trademark.

Unauthorized use of a game as a whole or its parts is strictly forbidden. Unauthorized use of a game or its parts (the content, text, artwork, etc.) includes, but it is not limited to:

copying and publishing the game or its parts by a user or a third party without the author's authorization;

adaptation of the game or its parts without the author's authorization;

merging the game and its parts with the work of a user or a third party without the author's authorization, as well as publishing a work made this way;

recording and publishing without author's authorization;

publishing videos and screenshots of the game;

publishing the gameplay without author's authorization;

translation of the game into other languages;

unauthorized use of the title Love Story for games and applications published by the users or third parties and other misuse.

Unauthorized use of a game or its parts is a violation of the intellectual property right and the author has the right to submit a lawsuit to the competent court in order to prevent further violation of his or her rights and to compensate for material damage, and in certain cases, the acts of unauthorized use of the author's work may also contain the elements of a criminal offense, so the person suspected of having committed such an offense may be criminally charged.

If Webelinx Love Story games are used in any of the not permitted ways, we will be forced to use all the legal mechanisms for protecting our intellectual property rights.
